Por una parte, la anulación parcial de la decisión 2007/445/CE del Consejo, de 28 de junio de 2007, por la que se aplica el artículo 2, apartado 3, del Reglamento (CE) nº 2580/2001 sobre medidas restrictivas específicas dirigidas a determinadas personas y entidades con el fin de luchar contra el terrorismo y se derogan las Decisiones 2006/379/CE y 2006/1008/CE (DO L 169, p. 58), así como, por otra parte, un recurso de indemnización.
