publishing, for 2006, the agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cereals (1), and the other regulations on the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products,

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds (2), and in particular the fourth paragraph of Article 3,

Whereas:

(1) The full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2006, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published.
(2) The amendments to the Combined Nomenclature applicable from 2006 concerning cheeses introduced by Regulation (EC) No 1719/2005 (3) must be taken into consideration and the refund nomenclature must be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 is amended as follows:

1. Annex I is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation;
2. Annex II is replaced by Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
