ACTION under Article 263 TFEU seeking the annulment of Commission Decision of 16 October 2019 imposing interim measures on the applicant in the context of a proceeding under Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Article 54 of the EEA Agreement and Article 8 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 of 16 December 2002 on the implementation of the rules on competition laid down in Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty in the TV and modem chipset markets (Case AT.40608 - Broadcom) (notified under document C(2019) 7406 final).

1 By application lodged at the Court Registry on 16 April 2020, Technicolor USA Inc., Technicolor Connected Home USA, LLC and Technicolor Delivery Technologies SAS sought leave to intervene in the present case in support of the form of order sought by the applicant.

2 By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 20 October 2020, Technicolor USA, Technicolor Connected Home USA and Technicolor Delivery Technologies informed the Court, in accordance with Article 144(8) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court, that they were withdrawing their application to intervene. They sought no order as to costs.
