andrelations ofsociety andlegal personsleadingtotheprosecution ofa legalperson The

criminal prosecution of a legal person because of the above factors is a novelty not only in the

legislationofourcountrybutalsointheworldThisconstitutesarealreformofcriminallaw

ByaddressingthetopicCriminalResponsibilityofLegalPersonsandthe Reorganizationof

TradeCompaniesIintendtogiveageneralandspecicviewonthisconceptwithemphasis

ontherelationshipsthatexistbetweentheprovisionsoftheLawOnCriminalResponsibility

ofLegalPersonsAndotherlawsinforceintheRepublicofAlbaniaThisrelationshipisone

ofthemostimportantfactorsinuencingtheeectivenessofitsimplementationinpracticeIn

thispaperIhaveaddressedthenecessityofacceptingcriminalresponsibilityofalegalperson

therole thatthis conceptwill playin preventingthe criminalityof commercialcompanies

theconditions inwhichit developedandAlbanian andworldactualityInorder toachieve

the aims of this article the topics are going to be analyzed in the perspective of the descriptive

method, analytic method and legal interpretative method.
