REGLAMENTO (CE) No 1713/2005 DE LA COMISIÓN

por el que se rechazan las solicitudes de certificados de exportación de determinados productos transformados a base de cereales
LA COMISIÓN DE LAS COMUNIDADES EUROPEAS, Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea, Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 1784/2003 del Consejo, de 29 de septiembre de 2003, por el que se establece la organización común de mercados en el sector de los cereales (1), Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 1342/2003 de la Comisión, de 28 de julio de 2003, por el que se establecen disposiciones especiales de aplicación del régimen de certificados de importación en el sector de los cereales y del arroz (2), y, en particular, el apartado 1 de su artículo 8, Considerando lo siguiente:
El volumen de solicitudes de certificados que implican fijación anticipada de las restituciones para la fécula de patata y los productos derivados del maíz es importante y presenta un carácter especulativo. Por consiguiente, se ha decidido rechazar todas las solicitudes de certificados de exportación de esos productos presentadas los días 17, 18 y 19 de octubre de 2005.
HA ADOPTADO EL PRESENTE REGLAMENTO:
De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el apartado 1 del artículo 8 del Reglamento (CE) no 1342/2003, se rechazan las solicitudes de certificados de exportación que implican fijación anticipada de las restituciones de productos de los códigos NC 1102 20 10, 1102 20 90, 1103 13 10, 1103 13 90, 1104 23 10, 1108 12 00, 1108 13 00, 1702 30 51, 1702 30 91, 1702 30 99, 1702 40 90 y 1702 90 50 presentadas los días 17, 18 y 19 de octubre de 2005.
El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor el 20 de octubre de 2005.
