Recurso interpuesto el 17 de diciembre de 2015 por el Órgano de Vigilancia de la AELC contra el Principado de Liechtenstein (Asunto E-32/15)

El 17 de diciembre de 2015, el Órgano de Vigilancia de la AELC, con dirección en 35 rue Belliard, 1040 Bruselas, Bélgica, representado por Carsten Zatschler, Øyvind Bø y Marlene Lie Hakkebo, agentes de dicho Órgano, interpuso un recurso ante el Tribunal de la AELC contra el Principado de Liechtenstein.
El Órgano de Vigilancia de la AELC solicita al Tribunal que:
1. Declare que el Principado de Liechtenstein ha incumplido las obligaciones que le incumben en virtud de los actos mencionados en el punto 24f del anexo VIII del Acuerdo sobre el Espacio Económico Europeo, a saber, — Directiva 2006/126/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 20 de diciembre de 2006, sobre el permiso de conducción,
— Directiva 2011/94/UE de la Comisión, de 28 de noviembre de 2011, que modifica la Directiva 2006/126/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, sobre el permiso de conducción, y
— Directiva 2012/36/UE de la Comisión, de 19 de noviembre de 2012, que modifica la Directiva 2006/126/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, sobre el permiso de conducción,
adaptado al Acuerdo mediante su Protocolo 1, y en virtud del artículo 7 del Acuerdo EEE, al no haber adoptado las disposiciones necesarias para aplicar dichos actos en el plazo prescrito o, en cualquier caso, al no haber informado al Órgano de Vigilancia de la AELC.
2. Condene en costas a Liechtenstein.
