Abstract

Currently, the largest share of the employed in Albania is the service sector, but a sustainable
developmentof theeconomynecessarily requiresthe growthof thespecic weightof the
manufacturing economy , both in terms of the number of employees and the provision of
economicincomesIncreasingthenumberofnewbusinessesbeermanagementofrevenues
shouldbemadetocreatenewjobsIntendingtoreduceunemploymentespeciallyatyounger
agestheirprofessionalqualication
