Topic

The e-presentation on online trademark infringement covers a range of topics related to the protection of trademarks in the online world. One of the key issues discussed is the challenge of protecting trademarks against identical or confusingly similar domain names.

Another important issue discussed in the e-presentation is the question of competent jurisdiction in cases of online trademark infringement. This refers to the legal authority that is responsible for hearing and deciding cases related to trademark infringement. The presentation examines the different factors that can affect jurisdiction in these cases, including the location of the infringing activity and the location of the trademark owner.

Finally, the e-presentation addresses the issue of liability in cases of unlawful online trademark use. This can be a complex issue, as there are many different parties involved in online transactions, including the website owner, the seller, and the buyer.
