La parte demandante solicita al Tribunal General que:
— Anule las resoluciones siguientes, si considerase el Tribunal General que producen efectos jurídicos, y en la medida en que rechazan por improcedente la solicitud presentada por la demandante, en el proyecto con número de referencia 216837 ATRACO, según el Convenio de subvención celebrado en el contexto del Séptimo Programa Marco de la Comunidad Europea para la investigación, el desarrollo tecnológico y los servicios de demostración (2007-2013), y pretenden imponer a la demandante la obligación de devolver los fondos recibidos y de abonar una indemnización por daños y perjuicios: — La decisión de la Comisión contenida en el escrito de 11 de diciembre de 2014, con el número de referencia ARES (2014) 4162021.
— La decisión de la Comisión contenida en la nota de adeudo de 23 de octubre de 2012, con el número de referencia ARES (2012) 1248814.
— La Decisión de la Comisión contenida en el escrito de 7 de diciembre de 2012, sin número de referencia.
— Que se condene a la Comisión a cargar con las costas del presente procedimiento.
En apoyo de su recurso, la parte demandante invoca cuatro motivos.
1. Primer motivo, basado en la infracción del artículo 41, apartados 1 y 2, de la Carta de los Derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea y en la vulneración del derecho a ser oído. La demandante aduce que la Comisión reconoció que se había producido una vulneración del derecho de aquella a ser oída, como consecuencia de la auditoría inicial, y que, por esta razón, decidió reabrir el caso.
2. Segundo motivo, basado en la infracción del artículo 41, apartado 1, de la Carta de los Derechos Fundamentales de la Unión Europea y en la vulneración de la confianza legítima de la demandante. La demandante aduce que la decisión...
