BESCHLUSS 2012/152/GASP DES RATES
vom 15. März 2012
zur Änderung des Beschlusses 2010/413/GASP über restriktive Maßnahmen gegen Iran
DER RAT DER EUROPÄISCHEN UNION —
gestützt auf den Vertrag über die Europäische Union, insbesondere auf Artikel 29,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:
| (1) | Am 26. Juli 2010 hat der Rat den Beschluss 2010/413/GASP über restriktive Maßnahmen gegen Iran (1) erlassen. |
| (2) | Am 23. Januar 2012 hat der Rat den Beschluss 2012/35/GASP zur Änderung des Beschlusses 2010/413/GASP (2) erlassen, da er ernste und wachsende Bedenken hinsichtlich der Art des iranischen Nuklearprogramms hegt. |
| (3) | Vor diesem Hintergrund sollte — übereinstimmend mit dem Beschluss 2010/413/GASP — die Anwendung gezielter finanzieller Maßnahmen für Anbieter spezieller Zahlungsverkehrsdienste weiterentwickelt werden. |
| (4) | Der Beschluss 2010/413/GASP sollte entsprechend geändert werden — |
