- Judgement in case C-192/01 Commission v Denmark. Free movement of goods. Failure of Member State to fulfil its obligations - Arts 28 to 30 EC - National legislation prohibiting the marketing of foodstuffs containing additives without administrative authorisation granted upon proof of usefulness for the Danish population.

- Judgement in case C-452/01 Ospelt and Schlossle Weissenberg Familienstiftung. Free movement of capital. Interpretation of Articles 12 and 56 et seq. of the EC Treaty - Compatibility with Community law of national legislation which restricts dealings in real property in the interests of the agricultural Community - Compatibility of a system of prior authorisation for the acquisition of agricultural land.
