25 Service providers are contracted by a private company and carry out specialised outsourced tasks of
horizontal/support nature, for instance in the area of ICT. The following general c riteria should be fulfilled: 1) no
individual contract with Eurojust; 2 ) on Eurojust premises, usually with a PC and desk; 3) administratively f ollowed
by Eurojust (badge, etc.) and 4) contributing to the added value of Eurojust.
