The NGO Human Rights Centre continues the Diversity Day project – a day when numerous

photo competitions for employees, students and partners, thematic quizzes and film

screenings, festivals of ethnic cuisine, etc. are organised.126

In recent years, tens of public institutions, companies and organisations signed the

Estonian Diversity Charter, meaning that they agreed to follow the principles of diversity

and equal treatment in the context of their human resources policy. The campaign

continued in 2019, when the number of signatories surpassed 100.127
