judgement and on the information at my disposal concerning the functioning of the internal control sys tem,

such as the results of the e x-ante and ex-post v erications, the observations of the internal auditor, and

the lessons learnt from th e reports of the Cour t of Auditors for years prior to the year of this decla ration,
